We pulled the kids out of school for a week and took a trip to Seattle. We had a successful plane ride with the kids and headed off to our hotel for the night.
Across from our hotel was this little lake and a park.
Only James wanted to come outside and explore with me. The others just wanted to stay in and watch TV.
I think we had more fun.
For the past few years we've tried to take our family on a trip out into Nature.
We've been to Virginia twice, Portland, and now Seattle.
This is only stop #1. We have more outdoors in store for the rest of the week.
