7 Months Old

Today we took Hailey in for her 6 month check up. She was not happy to receive her vaccinations and first flu shot. Afterwards we took her to the park where she was thrilled to have her dad push her in the swings.

Here she is modeling the correct way to wear a butterfly bandage.

And here is the my little pony bandage

Push me higher.. I promise I won't fall out!

Push me again . . . and again . . . and again . . . and again. . .
I could do this all day, except if I go home my parents will let me have a yummy Trader Joes popsicle.

Goodbye Summer

Finally summer is gone and fall has come.

Bread bowls we made for dinner.....delicious!

Hailey loves that her dad lets her sit on top of the table.

She thinks Pierre is her pony. Sometimes Steve helps her ride him.

Oh, Pierre.....such a gentle puppy.

I think she likes Pierre because they are the same size.

Hanging out with my dad

The surprised look.

Trying to copy my dad.

My favorite...I love it when she does this!

I love toast!

This is better than candy.

Needs a moment to breathe then.....

Give me more!

Steve categorizes all his DVDs by company and year. Hailey likes to mix things up and you can only imagine how much Steve loves that! I think it's funny.

Dum Dum Sucker

Life is good when your dad brings you home a dum dum sucker.

no teeth = no cavities

Please don't take it away from me!

Crawling Baby

A couple of weeks ago we caught a noisy Hailey on tape crawling around.

Getting ready for church

Behind that smile is the baby that loves to get into our trashcans.

Hailey thinks it's great that she doesn't have to go to Sunday school.

Her dress gets in the way of her crawling and slows her down.

Smiles for Steven

Steve gave her a little taste of orange juice and after that she stuck out her tongue all night long.

So happy to see her dad before she goes to bed.

She thinks he tells good jokes.

Truth be told...we love her toothless smile.
