Beach Day Birthday

Yesterday was Independence Day but since that was Sunday, today is the observed holiday so we started celebrating Evan's birthday a day early.

He's been into the Star Wars prequel Legos lately.

Lots of new Pokemon.

I love how the others are all huddled around to watch Evan open his presents.

James wants to help.

Big guns, big guns!

I got him a new Pokemon game off ebay (Game Boy Advanced).

And he has so many new cards.

Meanwhile, Aubrey got out the playdoh

And Evan got this set built so fast!

Then it was off to the beach!

They had so much fun playing in the sand and in the water.

Nice to have some serious digging tools at the beach.

I don't know why he buried the shovel though.

Even Luke came out to the beach today.

It's like the sword in the stone.

James had fun getting tossed around by Uncle Brent.

Such a nice day out.

Evan convinced James to get buried in the sand.

Father's Day

 

I already had this Lego Y Wing. We decided to get it out and build it for Father's Day.

Evan, James, and Aubrey all wanted to help.

Of course Evan built most of it.

5th Grade Graduation

 

Here we come to the end of the school year and Hailey's graduation from Wish Elementary.

With Covid still going the ceremony was held outside, requiring masks and negative covid tests.

They wore their new 5th Grade shirts and performed a song in the ceremony.

Aubrey just wants to help out around the house.
