Outside morning work.
We checked out a bunch of books from the library on rocks this week.
Sorting rocks.
The kids have been begging all week to to these kits.
Messy.
We figured out if we use the paintbrush and water to get the plaster wet it is much easier to carve the crystals out.
We worked on this for and hour and forty five minutes. Didn't finish but the kids love it. Looks like it might take us a few days of working on it to get all the crystals out.
